hello again,lipstick and skin

Hi everyone, hope you're all feeling lovely in your skin. What's everyone using these days in terms of skin and body products?
The market is saturated with more and more gorgeous products, both organic and non-organic.The amount of companies launching organic and natural makeup that is fashionable, wearable and good for the skin is phenomenal. And of course it's all available at the click of a button and your new lipstick from London is on your doorstep (and hopefully your lips) in days.
A lipstick I have tried recently is Chantecaille in a colour called amaryllis: a gorgeous deep pinky red,but it's very sheer and I have been using it as a cream blush/cheek stain. So far so good.I just thought i'd pick it up as whipped through Mecca Cosmetica  ..um,actually I never whip through Mecca Cosmetica,I stay until i'm completely exhausted, dehydrated, starving and deliriously happy.(Mecca Cosmetica is inside the Myer Pitt st Sydney store, among other locations, hence the fact that iv'e got there via 101 other cosmetic counters!!.)Chantecaille has a lot of 'good stuff'' in their makeup, its very pretty.
It is also an ideal time to give your skin some TLC in time for summer.Dry body brushing is one way of sloughing off dead skin and increasing blood and lymph flow and works very well at helping eliminate cellulite.People who regularly dry body brush, read:Miranda Kerr, report an overall healthy look and tone to their skin (never dry body brush the face though!).
Other methods are of course body scrubs, and come in a myriad of formulas, the most popular being salt or sugar based usually in an oil or cream-great for regular use.One brand I am particularly loving is Arbonne-they have an incredible salt scrub with essential oils that I would love to eat!(don't worry,i'll try not to)....
Fresh fruit and vege juices are a fantastic way to get yourself beach ready and are so good for your health.Everything benefits-hair,skin,energy,weight,immune system, the lot.I will add some info on juices and their benefits tomoz. love Fiona x
