Hi just thought i'd quickly share a couple of 'springtime masks' to do as we enter warmer weather and skin goes through a few changes (especially in the wind).

OPTION 1: Mash ripe avocado & olive oil into a paste and apply to warm skin.(open the pores first with warm water and a muslin cloth),leave on face and neck for 10 mins.rinse off,pat dry and moisturize.

OPTION 2: This is an Ayurvedic recipe that an Indian lady gave me years ago and it's AMAZING.
Mix natural yoghurt, lemon juice and besan flour(chickpea flour) together.Apply to skin quite thickly and leave at least 15 mins. This mask can be done quite frequently and you will notice a difference in  your skin for the better.(Indian grocery/specialty stores sell the besan flour).

Just thought id' add this amazing quote I found:
DO ALL THE GOOD YOU CAN,BY ALL THE MEANS YOU CAN,
IN ALL THE WAYS YOU CAN,IN ALL THE PLACES YOU CAN,
AT ALL THE TIMES YOU CAN,TO ALL THE PEOPLE YOU CAN,
AS LONG AS EVER YOU CAN-JOHN WESLEY

                                                              Love,Fiona
